Welcome to Cody and Ken Catanduanes Tours. By using our website and booking our tour services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Tour Booking & Reservations

All tour bookings require a 50% down payment to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the tour. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the down payment.

Tour Inclusions

All tour packages include the following: unit rental (motor, trike, car, or van depending on the selected package), a licensed driver and local tour guide, parking fees, fuel and gas, and free pick-up and drop-off anywhere in Virac, including San Andres Port, Virac Port, and Virac Airport.

Tour Exclusions

The following are not included in the tour package price and are the responsibility of the client: entrance fees to tourist spots, meals and drinks, and local spot guide fees. These costs depend on the client's preferences and destinations visited.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund of the down payment. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to severe weather conditions or safety concerns, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal for online down payment reservations. Alternative payment methods (GCash, bank transfer) may be arranged by contacting us directly. All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed pick-up location, following safety instructions provided by the driver and guide, and respecting local customs, communities, and the natural environment during the tour.

Liability

Cody and Ken Catanduanes Tours takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all tour participants. However, we are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or any unforeseen events during the tour. Clients are encouraged to have their own travel insurance.

Changes to Tours

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative destinations or experiences of equal value.
